Our commitment

WordWorx B.V. is committed to making the SecondSoil website, mobile application and related services accessible to as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies.

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where applicable and to improve accessibility as the Services develop.

Conformance status

This website has not yet undergone an independent accessibility audit and is considered partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Partial conformance means some parts may not fully conform.

Accessibility measures

We take accessibility into account when designing, developing and maintaining SecondSoil. Measures may include:

• using semantic page structure and clear headings;
• supporting keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators;
• providing text alternatives for meaningful images;
• maintaining readable colour contrast and responsive layouts;
• using clear labels and understandable language; and
• reviewing accessibility when content and features change.

Known limitations

• Third-party websites, app-store pages and services linked from SecondSoil are outside our control and may not meet the same accessibility standards.
• The mobile application requires platform-specific accessibility testing and may contain features that do not yet fully conform.
• Some older or third-party media may not yet have complete captions, transcripts or text alternatives.

We review reported barriers and prioritise improvements based on their impact and the resources available to us.

Please include the page or feature, a description of the issue, and your browser, device or assistive technology where you are comfortable doing so. We will review your request and aim to respond within a reasonable period.

Assessment approach

This statement is based on an internal review of the website against WCAG 2.2 Level AA. It is not a certification of full conformance. We will update this statement following material changes, further testing or a formal accessibility audit.
